Support Session
One-on-One Support • A Space to Talk When You Need It
Sometimes something happens and you don't need to analyze your entire life—you just need someone to talk to.
The Support Session is a private 30-minute conversation for moments when you're going through something difficult, emotional, overwhelming, or simply heavier than you want to carry by yourself.
You can come to the session exactly as you are. You don't need to have the right words, know what you need, or turn what you're experiencing into a lesson.
Maybe you need to vent. Maybe you want another perspective. Maybe you need help processing what just happened. Or maybe you simply want someone to listen.
You can tell me what you need from the conversation—even if what you need is simply to be heard.
Is This Session For You?
A Support Session may be right for you if you:
Are having a difficult or emotional day.
Just experienced an argument, conflict, breakup, or other upsetting situation.
Are feeling overwhelmed by something happening in your life.
Received unexpected or difficult news.
Need somewhere to vent without feeling judged.
Don't feel like you have someone you can comfortably talk to about what's happening.
Want help processing something that recently occurred.
Would like a calm outside perspective.
Feel emotionally overloaded and want somewhere to talk through what you're carrying.
Simply need someone to listen.
You don't need to turn the conversation into something deeper unless you want to.
What Kind of Support Do You Need?
Different moments call for different kinds of support.
During your session, you can let me know whether you'd like me to:
Listen
Give you space to talk, vent, express what you're feeling, or say what you haven't been able to say elsewhere.
Process With You
Help you slow the situation down, sort through what happened, and better understand what you're experiencing.
Offer Perspective
Talk through the situation with you and offer another way of looking at what may be happening.
Explore What Comes Next
Help you think about what you need after the immediate moment—whether that's a conversation, boundary, decision, additional support, or simply some time.
You don't have to choose only one. The conversation can shift based on what you need.
Priority Scheduling
Support Sessions are intended for situations where you'd like to talk sooner rather than later.
Once your completed Support Session intake form has been received and reviewed, you'll be sent the earliest available Support Session times.
Priority scheduling does not guarantee immediate, same-day, or 24/7 availability.
If your situation requires immediate assistance or emergency support, a Support Session is not the appropriate service.
What You'll Receive
Your Support Session includes:
30-minute private one-on-one conversation
Priority scheduling based on current availability
A judgment-free space to talk about what's happening
Support based on what you need from the conversation
Space to vent, process, reflect, or simply be heard
Perspective or next-step exploration when wanted

Intake Form
After purchasing your Support Session, please visit the Personal Insights Portal to complete your intake form.
Your intake gives you space to briefly explain what's happening and let me know what you need most from the conversation—whether that's someone to listen, help processing, another perspective, or support figuring out what comes next.
Your session cannot be scheduled until your completed intake form has been received.
A Note About Support Sessions
Support Sessions provide non-emergency personal and emotional support during difficult or overwhelming moments.
This service is not therapy, mental-health treatment, crisis counseling, crisis intervention, or emergency care and is not intended to replace support from a licensed or qualified professional.
If you are in immediate danger, believe you may harm yourself or someone else, are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, or otherwise require immediate intervention, please contact the appropriate emergency or crisis service in your area rather than purchasing or waiting for a Support Session.
Experiencing sadness, anger, heartbreak, stress, confusion, or emotional overwhelm does not automatically mean you are in crisis. The purpose of this boundary is simply to make sure situations requiring immediate professional intervention receive the appropriate level of care.
You are welcome to come to your Support Session exactly as you are and use the space in the way that feels most supportive to you.
